Caring for your back Workshop Saturday May 20th 1pm - 3.30pm

You will be introduced to how physical, emotional and mental stress can contribute to tension, pain and injury and learn techniques to offer relief such as:
- Exercises to stretch and strengthen your back
- Breathing practices to reduce stress and tension
- Education on how to reduce strain on your back in the workplace and at home.
Nadia has been lecturing and tutoring in Anatomy, Physiology and Exercise Science for 9 years at a tertiary level. She teaches Yoga and Clinical Pilates and has specialised as an Exercise Physiologist in managing Musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
