Mat Room
We offer a variety of Yoga and Pilates group classes in a warm room heated with Infrared Panels set to 25 degrees. We also offer private group classes and one on one sessions.
FLOW YOGA
Mindful. Fluid. Strengthening.
Vinyasa at a steady pace with slightly more heat in the room. An opportunity to dive into your breath and body.
Our flow class is considered to be our signature class. Classes are either 45min or 60mins.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
Mindful. Fluid. Strengthening.
Vinyasa at a slower pace than our signature FLOW class. Starting with a Yin pose moving into a flow that is a little slower with slightly less heat. Leave feeling nourished and calm. Perfect for all levels.
RESTORE YOGA
Balancing. Grounding. Restoring.
A combination of Flow & Yin. A great class to add in to your fitness routine as rehabilitation or just a more gentler approach to your yang movements This is one of our studio's favourites. Perfect for all levels.
YIN YOGA
Balancing. Harmonising. Nurturing.
Targets the fascia, connective tissues, ligaments and joints of the body. With 5-6 minutes in each of the floor-based postures, we weave in mindfulness techniques making this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice. A great recovery class to add into your training routine.Perfect for beginners
MAT PILATES
Strengthening. Toning. Lengthening
Designed to build core stability, improve posture, and enhance flexibility, this class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements performed on the mat. Suitable for all fitness levels, Mat Pilates helps develop a strong mind-body connection, supports injury prevention, and leaves you feeling energised and balanced. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this is a perfect foundation for strength and functional movement.
reformer ROOM
All Reformer classes are 45 mins and include a yoga inspired stretch to finish. Numbers are strictly limited to 6 per class– so you receive personal attention within a supportive group environment. Our group reformer classes are best suited to those without injuries. If you are carrying any injuries and require a private session, please book in with a 1:1 with one of our team members.

A smooth flowing Pilates Reformer class designed to offer you a versatile and athletic workout. Each session is engaging and fun. We incorporate traditional and contemporary Pilates reformer exercises, props and progressions to give you a challenging, full-body workout. This class includes a yoga inspired stretch to finish. Suitable for all levels.
REFORMER JUMP
Fun. Energetic. Dynamic.
A fun, low impact, cardio class that adds bounce to your Pilates practice using the jump board. This dynamic session blends jumping intervals with strength and stability exercises to boost your heart rate, improve coordination, and build power through controlled movement. Suitable for all levels. Reformer Jump offers a supportive and joint-friendly way to enjoy cardio.
