This is the perfect introduction to Yoga. Thursday nights 7.15-8.30pm $110
Over 4 weeks you will build the foundations of your practice gaining confidence to transition easily into any of our regular Yoga classes.
Each week builds on the previous week and you'll be provided with a manual so that you can continue your practice at home. Our aim is to provide you with an informative and friendly atmosphere where you are free to ask as many questions as you like!
We will also show you how to modify your practice, if needed, to tailor your individual needs.

Di will guide you through stages of deep relaxation. Learn all of the tools of iRest meditation.
Its a laying down deep relaxation, mindful and proactive meditation. iRest teaches tools that you can use throughout your lifetime to deal with difficult situations skillfully, and to develop a deep and secure sense of well-being.
iRest helps you discover a state that exists between sleep and wakefulness where deep healing takes place. You learn to remain awake and alert, even as the body sleeps. At times during iRest, you may fall completely asleep. This is normal. Gradually, however, you will find that with practice you remain alert, even as the body sleeps soundly.
Included in this 4 week program is a workbook, an audio copy of the some of the meditation, and general discussion afterwards and time to reflect.
You will leave with tools to be able to do this meditation at home or wherever you are enabling you to develop relaxation skills or to continue healing.
iRest is integrative, in that it heals the various unresolved issues, traumas, and wounds that are present in the body and mind. It is restorative in that it aids its practitioners in recognizing their underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.

Di is the owner of the studio, an experienced yoga teacher and is an iRest level 2 teacher in training and is almost completed her pathway to become a certified iRest meditation teacher.

Yoga, Meditation and Intention setting based on the foundations of modern yoga and iRest meditation. Teaching teens to become more emotionally aware of themselves and there own ability to balance & heal themselves.
Building resilience, wellbeing, goal setting and self-acceptance and self-love.
Classes run for 1 hour over 6 weeks, each Thursday night and girls are welcome to stay for the next class after for free!

The Art of Letting go.
Dive deep into the stillness & the body during this 3hr Yin Yoga practice with Sigrid.
Yin is a floor based yoga practice working into connective tissue of the body (called fascia). Its so healing for the body, great for busy minds and tight bodies. No experience needed.
with Ebb & Flow Yoga Teacher Sigrid Herbst. Sig is an experienced yoga teacher and weaves in beautiful philosophy in her classes.
