taoist inspired yin yoga immersion

Yin Yoga, with its slow, meditative, and grounding nature, can be a profoundly therapeutic practice. By emphasising long-held poses, breath awareness, and stillness, Yin Yoga provides a safe environment that increases range of movement accessing the deep connective tissue. Encouraging a deep rinsing of the meridian pathways whilst supporting nervous system regulation and embodiment.

This 2 hours allows you to deeply immerse yourself in the experience of Yin yoga, resting in the subtleties of such a profound practice. Accompanying this practice is a Crystal bowl sound bath to nurture and relax the nervous system and the mind offering a gentle yet deep recalibration.

Sink into stillness with a deeply relaxing 90 minute session combining Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra meditation, and a mini Acupuncture treatment to calm your nervous system and ease stress. Led by Dr Hannah Watson, TCM, this intimate seasonal practice draws on 15 year of Chinese medicine experience to help you to unwind and rebalance.
