Taoist Yin Immersion
Join Monique for a 2 hour inspired yin yoga immersion with crystal bowl sound bath. Yin yoga with its slow, meditative, and grounding nature, can be a profoundly therapeutic practice. By emphasising long-held poses, breath awareness, and stillness, Yin Yoga provides a safe environment that increases range of movement accessing the deep connective tissue. Encouraging a deep rinsing of the meridian pathways whilst supporting nervous system regulation and embodiment. This 2 hours allows you to deeply immerse yourself in the experience of Yin yoga, resting in the subtleties of such a profound practice. Accompanying this practice is a Crystal bowl sound bath to nurture and relax the nervous system and the mind offering a gentle yet deep recalibration.

Myofascial Release Workshop
A rejuvenating 75-minute Myofascial Release workshop. Designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your body.
In this gentle, restorative session, we'll focus on offering a soothing "massage" to the connective tissue, promoting better blood flow, circulation, lymphatic drainage, and overall recovery. Guided by mindful breathwork and sound, you'll have the opportunity to dive deeper into your body's sensations, unlocking tension, improving mobility, and enhancing your body's natural healing process.
