CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIPS
Autopay Memberships can be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled autopay date online via Mindbody or in writing to hello@ebbandflowwellness.com.au Once a payment has been processed, memberships are not eligible for pro-rata refunds or partial credits. Members are also welcome to pause their membership once per calendar year for one full billing cycle (one month) at their current pricing. Pauses must be taken in full monthly blocks and cannot be split into shorter periods (e.g. one or two weeks).
