teaches Yoga and REFORMER
As the heart behind Ebb and Flow Wellness Studio, I’ve been sharing the practice of yoga since 2008 and more recently Reformer in 2021. With over 15 year of teaching experience and countless trainings - including a post-graduate YTT - I’ve had the privilege of learning from many incredible teachers and modalities along the way.
My teaching style is inclusive, compassionate and empowering. I believe movement should feel good, support your life, and help you connect back to yourself.
I love creating a space where everyone feels welcome - whether you’re stepping onto the mat or the reformer for the first time or have been practicing for years.
The benefits I’ve gained from these practices - physically, mentally and emotionally - are what inspire me to teach. It’s a joy to share these with you and support you in your own journey of strength, ease and connection.

Di
TEACHEs YOGA & REFORMER
Di is an experienced teacher and uses her love of science, somatic sensing and anatomical background to create playful creative sequences that result in strength, stretch and release, with a focus on the breath. She continually encourages students to come to their "edge on the mat", that comfortable uncomfortable place, that moment in each pose when you want to drop out of a pose, that place you can grow as a yogi but also as a person when you stay. This is where the transformation can happen.
Di uses philosophy throughout her classes, allowing you to develop awareness around your body, your breath and your mind.
Di has completed over 1000 hrs of training and has been teaching for over 15 years and is one of senior teachers. Di is trained in Yin & Pre and Post Natal yoga. Vinyasa level 2. Mobility. Kids yoga. Meditation. Mat & Reformer Pilates. She is also a Certified iRest Meditation Teacher.
Di was original creator of the studio, now a regular on our schedule as yoga and pilates teacher and runs 200HR Yoga Teacher trainings and retreats with us.

Teaches Yoga & Reformer
Monique brings 300hrs of teaching experience from a background of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Her teaching philosophy centres around creating a safe and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with their bodies in an enjoyable and empowering way.
She is particularly inspired by Yoga Philosophy and enjoys bringing insightful teachings into her classes. The philosophy is what predominately pointed her in the direction of yoga from the early age of 10 and has been a wonderful unfolding journey since then.
Monique is particularly passionate about yin yoga from its therapeutic benefits based on Chinese Medicine 5 Elements theory and Taoist Philosophy. She draws inspiration from these ancient practices and knowledge, weaving the philosophy through her offerings in a way that deeply nourishes the remembrance of your nature.
That through meridian based work we harmonise the 5 elements within contributing to a greater sense of harmony with the natural world we are part of.
Monique embraces Yoga as a path toward ones self realisation and liberation. She has spent a lot of time following the Bhakti Yoga movement where she learnt and developed her love for Kirtan. A devotional practice that involves chanting sacred Vedic mantras which she loves sharing where and when she can!
Off the mat Monique is an Empowerment Coach and Traditional Japanese Reiki Teacher, striving to share a compassionate way to guide people toward themselves in a sustainable and joyful way.

Teaches Yoga
Bronwyn is the owner of Calm The Wild Ocean and is enthusiastic about empowering others to live their dreams, to become the best version of themselves, and to live their life to their highest capacity.
Bron holds a deep belief that yoga and dance is for all people, regardless of age, health, size, or injury, and she loves to assist others to discover the joy of movement. With a background in Nursing, complimentary medicine, teaching, counselling, reiki, and hypnotherapy she brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge and solid practical grounding.
She has taught yoga for 3 years around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula; and facilitated meditation and healing circles for over 15 years in Central Victoria.
She is also a licenced KunYin instructor and leads women into their deep emotional body using unchoreographed dance and changing music styles to connect somatically back to self.
Over the past 12 months she has been on her own cancer journey and comments “if it was not for yoga, dance, mindfulness, and meditation I would not be where I am now – happy, healthy, and loving life”.
Bron’s classes are usually slower, intuitively student-paced, and mindful, with gentle prompts to go inwards and feel what is happening within the body at a deeper level.
She is funny, neurodiverse, intuitive, and at times challenging – her students love her, and her relaxed classes, especially her love of anatomy and the body, coupled with an obsession with myths and folklore. This all weaves into a fabric of music, movement, and fun.
Most come for the fun of movement, and stay for the deep mindful meditation to close (and often the offer of a cuppa and a chat after class).

Alecia
Teaches MAT PILATES & Reformer
Alecia is deeply passionate about the mind-body connection, an understanding shaped by her background in psychology. She believes that true well-being comes from nurturing both the mental and physical aspects of ourselves, and Pilates offers a beautiful way to achieve that balance. In her classes, clients can expect a mindful approach, with plenty of pulses and holds designed to keep the body engaged and the mind focused, offering a break from the distractions of daily life. She understands how powerful it is to stay present in the moment, and that focus is a core element of her practice.
Alecia’s journey into Pilates began in her teenage years when she was reluctantly dragged into a Mat Pilates class by her mum. At the time, she had no idea what Pilates was, but something about the practice stuck with her.
It wasn’t until a friend introduced her to Reformer Pilates that she truly fell in love with the practice. The low-impact nature of Reformer Pilates allowed her to work out without aggravating her fragile ankles, and soon she was hooked.
After six years of practice, Alecia decided to dive deeper into Pilates training, where she discovered not only how much more there was to learn but also how thoughtfully crafted Pilates classes can be. She fell in love with the balance between complexity and simplicity, and it was through this deeper understanding that she began blending her psychology background with Pilates. Through her teachings, Alecia aims to offer a holistic experience that nurtures both the body and mind.

Kobi
Teaches Yoga
Kobi has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, originally drawn to the mat as a way to find calm and carve out space from the beautiful chaos of life with a young family. What began as stress relief slowly deepened into something more - a quiet craving for connection between my body, my emotions and the world around her.
In 2022 she completed her 100HR Yin Teacher Training and in 2024 her 200Hr YTT. She chose to step into teaching during a time of monumental change, when everything in my life was shifting. Yoga became her anchor, offering her the safety to explore, feel & grow.
As a teacher, she loves holding space for people to land - just as they are. She says less so you can feel more. Whether she is guiding a strong flowing practice, or something slower and quieter, her intention is always to help you connect to your senses, your breath, and the present moment, both on and off the mat.
Not too serious, not too spiritual, just a real human trying to live a little more fully through movement, presence and awareness! She would love to share this space with you.

Penny (PJ)
Teaches Yoga
Penny, also known as PJ, has been drawn toward a spiritual way of living and the mind-body connection from a young age.
In 2017, Penny attended her first Tantric workshop—a moment that felt like coming home. That experience sparked a deeper exploration into Tantric living, eventually leading her to study Tantric and Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. In August 2023, she also completed Trauma-Informed Movement & Facilitation Training.
Penny fell in love with yoga the moment her feet first touched the mat in 2018. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of her life. She continues to live and breathe the yogic system, always remaining a student—ever-curious and committed to going deeper.
In addition to her work in the wellness space, Penny also works within the Community Services sector. She completed a Diploma of Community Services in 2014 and has since supported a wide range of individuals on their personal journeys toward recovery and healing.
In classes Penny weaves together both her professional paths—yoga and community work—while drawing from her rich tapestry of lived experience. She views yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Her classes are rooted in personal storytelling, creating spaces that inspire others to embrace their own paths, connect to their inner strength, and become positive forces within their communities.
Penny believes that everyone has the potential to heal themselves, becoming a healthy cell in a universal body. In her class you will be energetically held as you push through perceived limitations, come face to face with moments of self-realisation and exploration.
