This is the perfect introduction to Yoga.
Over 4 weeks you will build the foundations of your practice gaining confidence to transition easily into any of our regular Yoga classes.
Each week builds on the previous week and you'll be provided with a manual so that you can continue your practice at home. Our aim is to provide you with an informative and friendly atmosphere where you are free to ask as many questions as you like!
We will also show you how to modify your practice, if needed, to tailor your individual needs.
