Di will guide you through stages of deep relaxation. Learn some of the basics tools of iRest meditation and Yin.
Its a laying down deep relaxation, mindful and proactive meditation. iRest teaches tools that you can use throughout your lifetime to deal with difficult situations skillfully, and to develop a deep and secure sense of well-being.
iRest helps you discover a state that exists between sleep and wakefulness where deep healing takes place.
Included in this two hour workshop is a an intention setting for the season of winter and a nourishing afternoon tea afterwards and time to reflect.
You will leave with tools to be able to do this meditation at home or wherever you are enabling you to develop relaxation skills or to continue healing.
iRest is integrative, in that it heals the various unresolved issues, traumas, and wounds that are present in the body and mind. It is restorative in that it aids its practitioners in recognizing their underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.
Di is the owner of the studio, an experienced yoga teacher and is currently an iRest level 2 teacher in training and on her pathway to become a certified iRest meditation teacher.
