Di will guide you through stages of deep relaxation Learn the basics of iRest meditation. Each workshop meditation will vary so feel free to do all three workshops.

Its a laying down deep relaxation, full spectrum meditation. 

iRest teaches tools that you can use throughout your lifetime to deal with difficult situations skillfully, and to develop a deep and secure sense of well-being. 

iRest helps you discover a state that exists between sleep and wakefulness where deep healing takes place. You learn to remain awake and alert, even as the body sleeps. At times during iRest, you may fall completely asleep. This is normal. Gradually, however, you will find that with practice you remain alert, even as the body sleeps soundly. 

Included in this two hour workshop is a workbook, an audio copy of the meditation afternoon tea and time to reflect. You will leave with tools to be able to do this meditation at home or wherever you are enabling you to continue healing. 

iRest is integrative, in that it heals the various unresolved issues, traumas, and wounds that are present in the body and mind. It is restorative in that it aids its practitioners in recognizing their underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.
