A spring evening nurturing mind, body soul

with sound and the nurturing benefits of yin yoga.

Spring is a time to grow and expand, having been nurtured by winter rest. Together Phoebe and Di will blend the beautiful elements of yin and sound.

A 90min session followed by some drinks and nibbles in our community space.

IKSRE (I Keep Seeing Rainbows Everywhere) – is Naarm/Melbourne-based, classically trained multi instrumentalist, vocalist, producer and sound healer (dip. Sound Healing Academy, Cornwall), Phoebe Dubar. She combines field recordings collected from the vast, Australian landscape with Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand pan, drum, chimes, Monolina with her etherial vocals, and overtone singing.

Owner and creator of Ebb and Flow Wellness Studio.

Di is an experienced Yoga teacher and has been teaching for over 13 years. Originally a pharmacist, she is still very much drawn to science and loves the blend of eastern and western medicine. She loves to share her knowledge on breath, the body and the mind, all with a sprinkle of fun. her magic potion.
