It was the discovery of Power Vinyasa that really sparked her yearning to combine her love of wellness & yoga and share it with as many people as she can.
I've found yoga, if you allow it, can be the pathway to slow down, plug in and find connection. It allows one to become more self-aware to their own limiting beliefs, to be able to smooth out the fluctuations of our minds and balance our beliefs.
Di says “most people don’t realise how capable they really are" and her aim is to inspire people to realise that they are capable of so much more, if they would just take the leap of faith and trust themselves!
Di is a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and an ERYT 250hr with Yoga Alliance. She has trained with renowned Australian Yogi’s Duncan Peak, Cassie Lee and Chris Wilson for her 200hrTT Power Living.
Di also is creator of Ebb and Flow Yoga School and
is now co-creator of Flowchild Yoga and runs regular teacher training in children's yoga.
She has completed extra studies in
Yin Yoga 65hrs with Duncan Peak, Power Living.
Pre and Post Natal Pregnancy Yoga 50hrs with Ana Davies, Bliss baby.
Level 2 Vinyasa Training with Duncan Peak, Power Living
Mastery of Yoga 150hr training with Troy Abraham, Move Yoga
Certified iRest Meditation teacher with Dr Richard Miller, iRest USA
Personally Di has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 10 years.
She is also a qualified Pharmacist and Holistic Wellness coach, and Ebb and Flow’s resident artist.
