YOGA

Yoga is way more than a few down dogs and fancy sequences although that's nice, it's a way to challenge your mind, in each pose we come to a place I like to call the edge, a place where you are comfortably uncomfortable. It's a place you are challenged to grow, either physically or mentally. You can choose to drop out of a pose or you can choose to stay and grow beyond your expectations. Yoga is a place to discover who you really are, a place to let go of your story, the things we think we know about ourselves that might be limiting us. It's a place to let go of stress and truly be yourself. 

We will ask you to observe yourself, your breath and be in your body in an asana (a pose) but if it doesn't feel right you can adjust, pull back, rest or whatever you need, as in the end its your journey and we are here to support you all the way.

We offer a variety of classes and also do private group classes and one on one sessions.

Vinyasa at a slower pace and with slightly less heat in the room to create a solid foundation before moving onto other styles. 

An opportunity to dive into your breath and body.

Our flow class is considered to be our signature class. Classes are either 45min or 60mins

Vinyasa at a slower pace than our signature FLOW class. Starting with a Yin pose, or a Yin?Yang sequence or gentle Qi Gong Move into class a little slower  with slightly less heat. Leave feeling nourished and calm. Perfect for beginners.

A combination of Flow & Yin. A great class to add in to your fitness routine as rehabilitation or just a more gentler approach to your yang movements This is one of our studio's favourites.Perfect for beginners

Basics yoga 2wk course

Progressive. Educational. Strengthening.

This is a 2 week workshop style class to help you build your understanding of the details of the pose, as well as offer you an opportunity to try new poses and transitions. Fun and friendly, our basics class allow you to delve deeper into the practice of yoga without having to commit to a course. Here you can learn variations of the practice that you can take into our general classes either to challenge or adapt to your specific needs. Perfect for beginners

  • Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations)

  • Alignment to prevent injuries

  • Balancing

YIN

Targets the fascia, connective tissues, ligaments and joints of the body. With 5-6 minutes in each of the floor-based postures, we weave in mindfulness techniques making this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice. A great recovery class to add into your training routine.Perfect for beginners

Through meditation we can access a deep stillness and inner peace. This class is a time to allow the busyness and chatter of the mind to settle and to cultivate an inner state of quiet and calm. 

iRest stands for integrative restoration. This meditation is proactive mindful and guided to an extent. It promotes deep healing, and a sense of wellbeing, allowing you to welcome and "meet and greet" all of our thoughts, feelings, sensations, emotions and beliefs.  Meditation is a fantastic way to unwind and de-stress and enhances concentration and creativity. Whether you are complete beginner or have a regular meditation practice we believe the benefits of this class will permeate through to all areas of your life. Casual options available. Perfect for beginners

Well Girls 7 week program. Designed to Empower, Energise & Support Teenage Girls from 11-16 years old.

Yoga,  Meditation based on the foundations of modern yoga, iRest meditation. Teaching teens to become more emotionally aware of themselves and there own ability to balance & heal themselves.

6-11 year olds

A fun unique yoga class for Children.  Based on the foundations of modern yoga, the energetics of chakras, iRest meditation and teachings of Dr. Richard Miller. The class is aimed to enable kids to develop self regulation of their emotions, build self belief, self awareness and self love and then to see that also in others. No experience needed.

Kids do need to be able to stay in the room  and to stay reasonably focussed for the full class. Rec age 6-10years old. But we do make exceptions.

School term packages only are available as this class fills up.

REFORMER PILATES

Our Pilates classes seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary Pilates repertoire, designed to lean and tone the body while increasing control, balance, precision and strength. All classes are 45 mins and include a yoga inspired stretch to finish and take place on the reformer, and numbers are strictly limited to 6 per class– so you receive personal attention within the dynamic environment of a group class.

If you are a beginner or have injuries start with Level 1, please let the teacher know, regardless of fitness level. You’ll learn how to customise the Reformer machine to suit your body, and build your foundations gradually with a focus on safety and technique.

Our group reformer classes are best suited to those without injuries who want o work at a faster level and be challenge. If you are carrying any injuries and require a private session, please book in with a 1:1 with Di or the team.

More experienced practitioners will be inspired and challenged by Level 2 classes, and Cardio , which move through a challenging series of exercises drawn from functional movement patterns.

Flow Reformer

Mindful. Fluid. Strengthening.

A smooth flowing Pilates Reformer class. Reformer classes are designed to offer you a versatile and athletic workout. Each session is engaging and fun. We incorporate traditional and contemporary Pilates reformer and mat exercises, props and progressions to give you a challenging, full-body workout.

This class includes a yoga inspired stretch to finish.

This class is suitable for beginners & those with previous pilates experience , reasonable fitness & the body aware beginner.

If your’e completely new to working out , have an injury we do recommend a mat pilates class, or a 1:1 session.

CArdio Flow REFORMER

Fun. Energetic. Strengthening.

Cardio Flow classes are fun, high intensity workouts using the Pilates reformer and jump board. These classes are designed to elevate your heart rate through bursts on the jump board, followed by sequences to strengthen your core. You will leave feeling physically energised, uplifted, and empowered.
Perfect for anyone who would like to increase cardiovascular fitness and strength.
*We recommend taking at least three flow or a private session prior to joining these classes, or a medium level of fitness. This class is not suitable for those with injuries, heart conditions or during pregnancy.
